Zapisy na rok szkolny 2025/2026 trwają do 31 lipca. Do końca maja pierwszeństwo mają rodziny obecnych uczniów naszej szkoły. Od 1 czerwca akceptujemy rodziny spoza szkoły. Do szkoły przyjmujemy dzieci od przedszkola (grupa 3 latków – dzieci, które 1 września 2025 mają ukończone 3 lata i potrafią samodzielnie korzystać z toalety) do liceum.
Dla dzieci zapisanych do 31 lipca 2025 opłata (early bird) wynosi $765 / $665 / $565 za pierwsze, drugie i trzecie dziecko. Przy zapisie po 1 sierpnia pobierana jest pełna opłata ( $815 / $715 / $615 za pierwsze, drugie i trzecie dziecko). Cale czesne należy zapłacić do pierwszych zajęć (23 sierpnia). Istnieje możliwość płatności w ratach. W takiej sytuacji prosimy o płatność pierwszej raty w wysokości $200 za dziecko do 1 sierpnia, a następnie o kontakt ([email protected]) w celu ustalenia harmonogramu płatności.

Dodatkowo każda rodzina zobowiązana jest do odpracowania 15h w roku szkolnym (https://polishschool.org/dyzury-prace-spoleczne/) . Najprościej zrobić to w formie dyżurów oraz przygotowania lunchów. Pozostałe okazje będziemy ogłaszać w trakcie roku szkolnego. Za każdą nieodrobioną godzinę społeczną należy uiścić opłatę w wysokości $30. Osoby, które nie odrobiły godzin (lub nie zapłaciły), nie mogą zapisać dziecka na kolejny rok szkolny.
Prosimy również o składanie wniosków o legitymacje szkolna. Polskie organizacje rządowe przyznają szkołom polonijnym dofinansowanie na podstawie liczby ważnych legitymacji. Legitymacja szkolna jest bezpłatna i uprawnia do zniżek, na takich samych zasadach jak dla uczniów szkół w Polsce. Wniosek do pobrania możecie znaleźć tutaj. Prosimy o pobranie, wydrukowanie – najlepiej drukiem dwustronnym – czytelne wypełnienie, podpisanie wniosku i przyniesienie na pierwsze zajęcia. Dla tych z Was, którzy nie mają możliwości wydrukowania wniosku w domu, ograniczoną liczbę formularzy będziemy mieli dostępnych w szkole. Osoby, które nie złożą wniosku, zobowiązane będą do pokrycia $50 (zamiast dofinansowania z budżetu państwa).

Registration for the 2025/2026 school year is open lasts until July 31st. Priority is given to families of current students of our school (until the end of May). Starting June 1 we will start registering families from outside the school. Children 3 years old (they have to be 3 years old on September 1st 2025 and potty trained) to high school can be accepted into our program.
If you sign up by July 31 2025 (early bird), the payment is $765 / $665 / $565 for the first, second and third child. When registering after August 1, the full fee will be charged ($815 / $715 / $615 for the first, second and third child). Payment is due the first day of school (August 23). It is possible to pay in installments. In such case we ask you to pay the initial installment of $200 per child by August 1st and contact us at [email protected] to discuss a custom payment plan.

Additionally, each family is required to volunteer 15 hours during the school year (https://polishschool.org/dyzury-prace-spoleczne/). The easiest way to meet that requirement is by signing up for yard duty or preparing lunch. Other opportunities will be announced during the school year. Unpaid shifts cost $30 per hour. Persons who have not completed the shift (or have not paid for the missed shift) cannot enroll their child for the next school year.
Please also apply for a school ID. Polish government organizations grant funding to Polish schools based on the number of valid ID cards. The school ID card is free of charge and entitles you to discounts on the same terms as for students of schools in Poland. You can find the downloadable application here. Please download it, print it – preferably double-sided – fill it out legibly, sign it and bring it to the first class. For those of you who are unable to print the application at home, we will have a limited number of forms available at school. People who do not submit an application will be obliged to pay $50 (instead of funding from the Polish government).
